Madelyn Bureau De Change Limited (Madelyn BDC) is corporate body licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as authorized dealers to buy and sell foreign currency in accordance with the provisions of the Foreign Exchange Act 2005. Our team is made up of experienced foreign exchange analysts and dealers, commercial lawyers, chartered accountants and chartered bankers with proficiency in foreign exchange business. Members of our team are in constant interaction with our numerous customers to meet and exceed their expectations in foreign exchange transactions and offer expert advice on the dynamics, most up-to-date developments and regulatory imperatives of the foreign exchange markets both domestic and globally.

We sell Personal Travel Allowance (PTA) in foreign currencies– Dollars (USD), Pound Sterling (GBP) and EURO to walk-in customers and account holders. The requirements for the sell of PTA are:
- Valid International passport
- Valid visa
- Return ticket
