The Group structure revolves round Strategic Business Units (SBUs). Each SBU has its specialised management team lead by a General Manager (GM) or a Managing Director (MD). The functions of the SBU GMs or MDs are overseen by the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) to reinforce trust, reliability effectiveness and efficiency in quality product, service delivery, relationship management, and strategy implementation and execution.

Group CEO
Ben Udowa is the founder and Group CEO of the Group. He is a multi-disciplinary expert. Specifically, Ben Udowa holds an LLB from the University of Calabar, a BL from the Nigerian Law School, called to Bar and enrolled by the Supreme Court of Nigeria (SCN) as Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court. In addition, he holds a Bsc in Business Administration from the University of Lagos, and an MBA in Marketing from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt.
Ben Udowa is also a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Practitioner of over 20 years post qualification experience in multiple disciplinary skills acquired from reputable accounting and tax firms. He is a Professional Banker with years of experience at various top management positions in the top ranking banks including Chase Merchant Bank, Nigeria, United Bank for Africa Plc and Access Bank Plc. He left Access Bank Plc, an A rated bank as a General Manager/Regional to create and manage the Group. Ben Udowa draws appropriately from multiple disciplines to redefine problems outside of normal boundaries an achieve solutions based on a novel understanding of complex situations.
Yvonne Udowa, Bsc
Director, Corporate Image and Relationships
Yvonne Udowa is a Director in the Group. She is a graduate of Liberal Science from Laurentian University, Ontario, Canada. She works with the Toronto Dominion Canada Trust Bank . Added to her joining TD Canada Trust, Yvonne is the owner and Lead Curator for The Kscope, a platform that showcases brands, businesses, creatives & events in Canada. A two time International award winner, Yvonne is the Director in charge of Corporate Administration, Corporate Image and Relationships, Events Management, Personnel/Human Resource Development, Communication, Public Relations, Art and Publicity for the Group.
Barr. Queeneth Udowa, LLB, BL, LLM
Director, Legal and International Business
Barr. Queeneth Udowa had her law degree from Sheffield University in London and was called to the Nigerian Bar. She is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria with extensive knowledge in Industrial, Intellectual Property and Pharmaceutical Law. A Harvard Business School Certificated, Queeneth has done extensive work in the area of International Law and International Relation
Queeneth Udowa belongs to many professional bodies including the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association. She is the Group’s Director in charge of Legal and International Business.
Madeline Udowa
Director, Management Information System (MIS)
Madeline Udowa is studying Computer Science at Lynchburg College, Virginia, USA. She is a lover of Sports and three times Gold Medallist amongst other medals. Over the years, Madeline has worked with software including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, mastered the programming language called Python and is in the process of becoming an expert in C++. Madeline is the Group’s Director, Management Information System (MIS).
